Dentistry. Business. Life

Q & A

I recently realized that this blog can serve as a place to provide answers to just about any dental related question you can come up with. Right now, I’m working on interviews with accountants, contractors, doctors, practice consultants, business leaders and other industry experts. They are full of great information and experience. If you have a question, please send it in and we will post the answer from a qualified professional.

  2. Hello Kevin! I am Territory Rep from Patterson Houston. Skip Fortune is my Equipment Specialist. Got your Blog info from Travis Nelson. I am trying to learn how to blog and get it set up. Any suggestions? I would like to be connected with your blog. I really enjoy your articles and your blog. Unfortunately….I am a little slow on the tech- NO curve. Any insight will be tresured. Thanks Monetta

    • Hi Monetta,

Glad you found us. My wife just got home from Houston to visit our new nephew. I’ve yet to have the pleasure of visiting, but would love to get down there. To answer your question, there are a bunch of free blog sites out there including this one. Here is a link to everything you need to know about getting started with a blog right here on WordPress. As far as being connected to me, that is something you will have the option to do once you get your page up and running.

As for suggestions, I’m certainly not an expert, but I’ve learned a few things since starting.

      1. It’s tough to consistently come up with good content. Sometimes I struggle with this and go too long between posts. Consistency is a key component, and is appreciated by your readers. There is a lot of great information out there, and some voices are louder than others. If you want to be heard, you have to have fresh material on a regular basis. Don’t get discourage by this, get pumped up here.

      2. A few good questions to consider before starting are: Why do you want to write a blog? Who do you want to read it? What type of content is your audience looking for?

      3. Have fun. Be personable, and engage your audience.

I hope this helps. Good luck and I look forward to reading your blog. Make sure to send a link.
